Maharaja Bhog is one more Rajastani/Gujarati restaurant we tried, after Rajdhani. The concept was more or less same, but Rajdhani menu's were little sweet based, But Maharaja Bhog was bit spicy.
Its a premium Veg thali, with below menu
Thali Consists of :-
- One Steamed & One Fried Farsan.
- Along with One Special Dish of the Day.
- Four different types of Vegetable.
- Two types of Indian Dal. ( Rajasthani / Gujurati )
- Two types of Kadhi. ( Rajasthani / Gujurati )
- Two Different type of Sweet dishes Three Different types of Sweets
- Poppadums.
- Two types of Chutneys.
- Two Types of Salad.
- Three different types of Pickles.
- These are eaten with Three Different types of Traditional Indian Breads.
- Two types of Rice.
- Smoked herb buttermilk.
