Rakesh, directly took her resume to a Project manager, who was rakesh's friends Brother-in-law... And ensured she get a interviewin a week...One evening he went to Ramya's house, gave the
project requirements and asked to prepare for specific topics.
As assured, she got a call in weeks time, and had answered well in interview. Rakesh personally spoke to Project manger about the feed back of interview.
She doesnt have any practical experience, but she's good at techincal concepts we can take her, i have forwarded her case to HR, its upto them to decide now said Project manger...
And by the way congrats Rakesh, during lunch, your project mangerwas saying you will be going Onsite for 6weeks said Project Manager... Rakesh was not aware of this, he was happy that he got a onsite in
6months of joining job, at same time, was worried about Ramya's interview...
