Next day evening
"Aryan, is your work finished.. Can we go to bring items mentioned by Shastri".. asked Deepika giving coffee to Aryan
"Sure Deepika lets go. I want to put an end to this.. Its been 3months of marriage.. Still we havent consummated our marriage. And all this Ghost, paranormal activity nonsense. If doing pooja will give you peace. And your hallucination will stop. Lets do it"... Said Aryan sipping coffee looking at his office Laptop.
Deepika wanted to tell its not hallucination, its happening. And she has found a chain and letter. Then realized no point in making him believe. When he is not ready to even listen or talk about it.
They both finished shopping and had dinner in Indian restaurant and came home around 8pm.
I dint find few items. Let me call shastri and inform said Deepika and started dialing.
Some lady received the call..
"Can i talk to Sreekantha shastri" asked Deepika..
"We cant talk to him anymore. He passed away this morning" said lady on the phone.
"Whaaaat. What happened to him. I just spoke to him yesterday" said Deepika..
"Heart attack. Yes he was fine till yesterday. He was telling there is a pooja Saturday, called his friend in kerala and spoke an hour discussing about the pooja.. Had dinner and slept early asking my aunt(his wife) to wake him early.. Never woke up... Doctor confirmed there was a heart attack midnight" explained the relative.
"OMG i cant believe this... I am very sorry for your loss.. Let him rest in peace" said Deepika and disconnected the call.
Aryan, Aryan shouted Deepika..
"What happened Deepika", Aryan came running from his room..
"Shastri died from heart attack last night.. We were supposed to do pooja tommorrow.I know ghost have killed him." cried Deepika
"Stop the nonsense deepika. He was elderly person he has died of heart attack.. Stop your imaginations.. This is long weekend. Lets go to any trip. It will be good diversion for you. Pack couple of dress, we will start in morning" said Aryan and walked to his room..
Deepika sat in the couch shocked..
"Deepika, your phone is ringing. Its your mom" shouted Aryan from bedroom.
Deepika went to room and got her phone...
Deepika started sobbing continuously.. After a minute, she told everything to her mom..
"Stop crying Deepika.. Dont worry, nothing will happen.. Go to trip it will be good change of mind. I will go to suchitra house today, will discuss with her... Once you are back from trip, we can do something.. Dont keep thinking about this.. Have good time in trip.." consoled her mom.
